Fees & Regulation

You need to have an XCD Profile to register. If you don't have one, you can create it here before registering to the event.

For any questions related to your registration, please contact Anne-Laure Marteaux (emac@eiasm.be)

Please read carefully the regulation before registering and read the FAQ.

Please note that during the registration process, only one of the listed social activities can be selected due to capacity limit.

As the conference approaches, we will inform you about additional small activities taking place at the venue after the sessions.

In any case, if you are interested in participating in a second social event, please contact us after April 22 (once the early bird registration has closed).

If there is availability, we will be happy to include you in an additional activity.
