Paper & Special Session Submission

ESIC University and EMAC invite electronic submissions to the EMAC 2025 Annual Conference scheduled on May 25-30, 2025 in Pozuelo (Madrid), Spain 

All submissions are due in PDF format and should be done online no later than 3 December 2024 (16:00 CET) (No extension of deadline)


Different kinds of submission formats are possible. For each format, there are specific guidelines describing how to prepare and submit the required materials.

Please read the specific GUIDELINES for your submission type carefully! Submissions that do not adhere will be deleted from the system.

• Registration deadline for authors of accepted papers: 10 April 2025

• Early Bird Registration deadline for other participants: 22 April 2025
